Ingredients:
177 ml Greek yogurt
30ml maple syrup
15g vanilla extract
10g active dry yeast
1 75gs all-purpose flour
45ml milk
75g strawberry jam
Directions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 176°C. Whisk the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and yeast until well combined. Then toss in flour until you get a sticky dough. Let rest covered for 10 minutes.
2. Flour a parchment paper on a flat surface, lay the dough, sprinkle with some flour, and flatten to ½-inch thick with a rolling pin.
3. Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut the donuts. Repeat the process until no dough is left. Place the donuts in the basket and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
4. Spread some milk on top of each donut and Air Fry for 4 minutes. Turn the donuts, spread more milk, and Air Fry for 4 more minutes until golden brown.
5. Let cool for 15 minutes. Using a knife, cut the donuts 3/4 lengthwise, brush 15g of strawberry jam on each and close them. Serve.
