Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
olive oil
380g fresh spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1 (150g- to 225g) pizza dough ball
75g grated mozzarella cheese
32g grated Fontina cheese
32g artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
30g grated Parmesan cheese
575mg dried oregano salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. On the stovetop, warm the oil in a medium sauté pan. Add the spinach and half the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a few minutes, until the spinach has wilted. Sauteed spinach should be taken out of the pan and set aside.
2. Set the air fryer's temperature to 198°C. A piece of aluminum foil the similar proportion as the air fryer basket's bottom should be cut out. Brush olive oil on the foil circle.
3. Create a circle out of the dough, then set it on top of the foil. With a fork, prick the dough numerous times to create a dock.
4. Put the dough in the air fryer basket with the foil on the bottom after lightly brushing it with olive oil.
5. For six minutes, air-fry the plain pizza dough. Turn the dough over, take away the aluminum foil and brush it once again with olive oil. Cook in the air fryer for 4 more minutes.
6. Over the dough, smear the mozzarella and fontina cheeses. Add the artichoke and spinach hearts on top.
7. Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and some dried oregano. Reduce the air fryer's temperature to 176°C and cook the food for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and just beginning to turn brown.
8. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
