Ingredients:
64g + 15g evaporated cane sugar
240ml Greek yogurt
300g flour
10g baking powder
2.5g salt
57g butter, softened
10g ground cinnamon
120ml cream cheese
60ml orange juice
15g orange zest
30ml lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 176°C. Grease a baking dish. Combine yogurt, 1 177 mls flour, baking powder, salt, and 32g sugar in a large bowl until dough forms.
2. Dust the rest of the flour onto a flat work surface. Transfer the dough on the flour and roll into a ¼-inch thick rectangle.
3. If the dough continues to stick to the rolling pin, add 15g of flour and continue to roll.
4. Mix the butter, cinnamon, orange zest and 15g of sugar in a bowl. Smear the butter mixture evenly over the dough.
5. Roll the dough into a log, starting with the long side. Tuck in the end. Cut the log into 6 equal pieces.
6. Place in the baking dish swirl-side up. The rolls can touch each other. Bake in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes until the rolls are cooked through, and the tops are golden. Let cool for 10 minutes.
7. While the rolls are cooling, combine cream cheese, the rest of the sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice in a small bowl. When the rolls are cool enough, top with glaze and serve.
