Ingredients:
1 jalapeno pepper
5g cayenne pepper
15g. mustard powder
15g. oregano
15g. thyme
45g smoked paprika
1 beaten egg
1 small head of cauliflower
4 chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Ensure your Tower air fryer is preheated to 180°C. Add seasonings to a blender. Slice cauliflower into florets and add to blender. Pulse till mixture resembles that of breadcrumbs.
2. Take out ¾ of cauliflower mixture and add to a bowl. Set to the side. In another bowl, beat your egg and set to the side.
3. Remove skin and bones from chicken breasts and add to blender with remaining cauliflower mixture. Season with pepper and salt.
4. Take out mixture and form into burger shapes. Roll each patty in cauliflower crumbs, then the egg, and back into crumbs again.
5. Place coated patties into the Tower air fryer. Put temperature to 180°C, and set time to 10 minutes. Flip over at 10-minute mark. They are done when crispy!
