Garam Masala Cauliflower Pakoras

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

75g chickpea flour 

15g cornstarch 

Salt to taste 

10g cumin powder 

2.5g coriander powder 

2.5g turmeric 

5g garam masala 

1.50g baking soda 

1.50g cayenne powder 

1 75g minced onion 

75g chopped cilantro 

75g chopped cauliflower 3

2g lime juice 


1. Preheat air fryer to 176°C. Combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, baking soda, and cayenne in a bowl. Stir well. 

2. Mix in the onion, cilantro, cauliflower, and lime juice. Using your hands, stir the mix, massaging the flour and spices into the vegetables. 

3. Make balls out of mixture and place them in the greased frying basket. Spray the tops of the pakoras in the air fryer with oil and Air Fry for 15-18 minutes, turning once until browned and crispy. Serve hot.
