Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 7 minutes

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

1 Large egg white(s)

30ml Water

150g Graham cracker crumbs

12 Original-size Oreos (not minis or king-size)

Vegetable oil spray

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.

2. Set up and fill two shallow soup plates or small pie plates on your counter: one for the egg white(s), whisked with the water until foamy; and one for the graham cracker crumbs.

3. Dip a cookie in the egg white mixture, turning several times to coat well. Let any excess egg white mixture slip back into the rest, then set the cookie in the crumbs.

4. Turn several times to coat evenly, pressing gently. You want an even but not thick crust.

5. However, make sure that the cookie is fully coated and that the filling is sealed inside. Lightly coat the cookie on all sides with vegetable oil spray. Set aside and continue dipping and coating the remaining cookies.

6. Set the coated cookies in the basket with as much air space between them as possible. Air-fry undisturbed for 6 minutes, or until the coating is golden brown and set. If the machine is at 182°C, the cookies may need 1 minute more to cook and set.

7. Use a nonstick-safe spatula to transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
