Ingredients:
2.5g. salt
1.25g pepper
20g fresh dill
170g shredded mozzarella cheese
43g coconut flour
43g vegan mayo
2 eggs
169g chicken breasts
1.50g pepper
1.25g salt
7.5ml lemon juice
1 pressed garlic cloves
75g vegan mayo
Directions:
1. Slice chicken breasts into 1/3” pieces and place in a bowl. Add all remaining fritter ingredients to the bowl and stir well. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
2. Ensure your air fryer is preheated to 350 degrees C. Spray basket with a bit of olive oil. Add marinated chicken to the Tower air fryer.
3. Temperature should be 180°C, and set time to 20 minutes and cook 20 minutes, making sure to turn halfway through cooking process.
4. To make the dipping sauce, combine all the dip ingredients until smooth.
