Job Description:
[Company] is seeking Well Test Engineers to work with our oil and gas asset planning and development solutions group. Engineers will provide expertise in well and production dynamics identified in client data and in information resulting from Resolve reservoir models. This will aid the asset evaluation and performance enhancement process. Successful candidates will use [Company]’s proprietary geological and engineering modeling tool to construct models as part of the team while providing analysis and interpretation of model results. This role involves engineering analysis and analytical services on client engagements.

Activities and Accountabilities:
- Learn Resolve software and become proficient at using the tool
- Interactively develop reservoir models with other team members
- Analyze and interpret well dynamics and recommend strategies and tactics for performance improvement
- Interact and communicate effectively with [Company] team and clients in a highly technical environment
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of oil and gas asset evaluation process
- Knowledge of pressure, volume, and temperature relationships in fluids
- Understanding of well performance issues, well test analysis and interpretation methods
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree in petroleum engineering
- 5 years E&P industry experience as a Well Test Engineer
