To plan, specify & monitor major projects & management of change which are to improve efficiency of existing facilities. To review new technological development, lessons Learned in the drilling industry and Management of Change Proposals for implementing such developments in both offshore and onshore operations.
Have good contacts with all major contractors for effective co-ordination and execution of projects. To co-ordinate technical aspects between Operations, Engineering & Projects and Commercial Divisions. and assist other Divisions on special tasks as required.
Skills
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years experience in Drilling Industry out of which 5 years field work experience and 3 years experience in handling of major projects.
- Good knowledge of Rig Equipment, Drilling Technology & Computer software skills, particularly Excel
- Fluency in spoken and written English
